How to Add Seats / Users to Your Keywordme Account

Managing user seats in Keywordme is simple. Follow these steps to add or remove licenses under your account.

Accessing Seat Management

You can manage your seats in two places:

  1. Settings → Manage Billing

  2. Manage Seats section

If all available seats are used, you’ll see a message in the bottom left corner of your dashboard indicating usage, such as "100% of your available seats are used."

Adding a Seat

  1. Click Manage Seats.

  2. Select Update Subscription.

  3. Choose the number of seats you want to add.

  4. The system will display the new monthly cost (e.g., $12 per seat).

  5. Click Continue, then Confirm to finalize.

Once completed, your total seat count will update.

Inviting a User

  1. In the Users tab, click Invite User.

  2. Enter the email of the user you want to invite.

  3. The invited user will receive an email and must accept the invitation.

  4. Until accepted, the user will appear as Pending.

User Access

  • Invited users will have their own login and access to the web app.

  • They won’t have access to billing or account management features.

  • You control their access at all times.

Once the user accepts, their account will be fully active, and the seat usage percentage will update accordingly.
